10 rescued, 1 dead from migrant boat near San Diego

Lifeguards rescued 10 people off the San Diego coast Thursday in an apparent migrant smuggling attempt with a small boat, authorities said. One person who was found underwater was pronounced dead on the beach. (May 20)
