Juneteenth flag raised over Wisconsin Capitol

The Juneteenth flag is flying over the Wisconsin Capitol for the second year in a row. It was raised a day after President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act, making June 19 a federal holiday. (June 18)
