Gov. Newsom "energized" after defeating recall

California Gov. Gavin Newsom thanked voters for rejecting efforts to recall him and warned the process is being weaponized at all levels of government. Newsom overwhelmingly defeated a recall aimed at kicking him out of office early. (Sept. 15)
