City Faces Another Temporary Restraining Order On Vaccination Mandate For School Employees
The group New York Teachers for Choice held a rally against vaccine mandates in Foley Square on Monday, September 13. Attendees included teachers and health care workers as well as others standing in solidarity.
The ruling is the latest in the legal wrangling over Mayor Bill de Blasio’s announcement last month that DOE employees must abide by the city’s strictest COVID-19 vaccination policy, in his efforts to keep schools open for in-person learning. [ more › ]
