Flags will be flown at half-staff for Texas officer killed in ambush that wounded 2 other deputies

Gov. Greg Abbott permitted flags to be flown at half-staff in Harris County to honor the life of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Deputy Kareem Atkins, a 30-year-old deputy was was shot and killed in an ambush attack on Saturday.
