Amid the scandal over sexual abuse by priests, Pope Francis has accepted Cardinal Donald Wuerl's resignation as archbishop of Washington. Wuerl promised to resign after a Pennsylvania grand jury report found he failed to remove abusive priests while he was bishop of Pittsburgh. Errol Barnett reports.
