Bahamas "at war" with Hurricane Dorian after storm surge pummels island

Hurricane Dorian has been pummeling the Bahamas for a day and a half. Some of the islands are just 4 feet above sea level -- and were hit by a storm surge of up to 23 feet -- higher than the roof line of most homes. On Monday, the prime minister said his country is "at war" with Hurricane Dorian, but is without a weapon to defend itself. Norah O'Donnell reports.
