Iraq relying on Shiite militia with disturbing past to fight ISIS

After ISIS swept into Iraq last year, much of the country's army was left in disarray. So the Iraqi government is now relying on Badr Brigades, a notoriously brutal militia group, to defeat ISIS on the ground. Holly Williams reports from Erbil, Iraq.
