Netanyahu flies to Washington to address Congress amid tensions

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in Washington on Sunday to give a speech to Congress this week, making his case against a deal on Iran's nuclear program. Netanyahu was invited by House Republicans, but the White House was not consulted in advance. Julianna Goldman reports.
