Man Crosses Highly-Militarized Taiwan Strait in Rubber Dinghy, Escapes China

Taiwanese authorities say a Chinese man escape in a rubble dinghy to reach the Island nation, not getting detected. Both the police and military will investigate it after receiving reports from the public.
