Ivanka Trump is shutting down her namesake fashion brand.
The news comes just one year after U.S.
President Donald Trump's daughter separated herself from the company and entered the White House as a senior adviser.
The company said licensing contracts will not be renewed and those in place will be allowed to run their course.

It was a very minor brand in the constellation of retail fashion brands, and nobody's going to miss it because it closed down." Since her father won the presidential election, Ivanka Trump has faced criticism that she was exploiting his position for personal gain.
Last year, she resigned from leading her company's day-to-day operations.
