Stephanie vo california officials continue to search for ways to help homeowners and utilities impacted by the recent spate of devastating wildfires.

A newly created five-member board met wednesday to discuss who should pay for wildfire damages.

Courts and regulators have put the financial burden on utilities..

And that has led pg&amp;e to declare bankruptcy.

Another potential option is to create a state catastrophe fund backed by tens of billions of dollars.

Board members have until july to make their recommendation s.###
