Freshman Democrats Fight To Raise Campaign Money And Keep House Majority
House Democrats are working hard to keep their seats and protect their party’s new majority.
Nearly three-dozen freshmen Democrats raised more than $300,000 for their campaigns.
According to Politico, the Democrats were able to achieve this in only the first three months of 2019.
They are fighting to keep a steady flow of campaign cash, most of which come from small donors.
During the 2018 midterm elections, Democrats were able to win a 19-seat majority in the House.
