Cramer's Takeaways for Ford, Chevron, Alibaba, Biogen, Visa

Cramer breaks down what investors need to take away from Ford and Chevron and explains why he's betting on a win from the Beardstown Ladies in CNBC's annual stock draft.

The team picked Alibaba , Biogen and Visa .

Ford "Ford they decided to go for profitability.

Not one car worldwide," Cramer said.

Chevron "Chevron needs Anadarko, more than Anadarko needs Chevron.

I gotta tell you, Occidental look out.

Chevron must pay," Cramer said.

Zev Fima, Research Analyst for Action Alerts Plus' investing club, threw Cramer a curve ball and asked why he is betting on a win from the Beardstown Ladies in CNBC's annual stock draft.

Here's how Cramer responded: "Alibaba , after what we heard about the big build, they don't have to spend any money it sounds like 'cause they're all built out for digital," Cramer said.

"Visa , you know, look, it was good, last quarter was bad and the stock didn't go down.

I mean that's really amazing," Cramer said.

"Biogen , hey, you know what?

Lightning is going to strike, I think of Celgene got a bid and it's looking pretty good that Bristol bought them, why shouldn't Biogen?

So they could be three for three," Cramer added.
