The two year old who was found in a daviess county pond has died.

The little boy passed away at the hospital over the weekend.

A horrible accident is what investigators are calling this tragedy.

They tell me they dont think any charges will come out of the investigation.

Friday evening crews responded to a call regarding a possible drowning of two children.

When they arrived people had already jumped into actio?

Performing cpr on a ?

Yea?old little boy near this pond.

I spoke to one of the neighbors who jumped in to help and he said the child was completely lifeless.

He told me this little boys passing is breaking hearts all over the community reporting in daviess county joylyn bukovac 44news.

In pike county?

A woman accused od driving impaired with a 15 month old in the back seat is behind bars.

22 year old taylor merino?

Was driving with methampheta mine marijuana?

And drug paraphernalia in the car sunday evening 36 yea?old elizabeth stocker was also in the car?

She's the grandmother of that baby.

Merino refused to submit to a chemical test.

Stocker and merino are being held in the pike county jail.

??s took custody of the child.

Police are investigating a deadly home explosion that took place early sunday morning in jeffersonvill e?

Indiana.... three people were in the home at the time of the blast?

And one of those people has died.... in total?

15 other homes sustained damage?

5 of those homes described as?

U?livable.... the explosion was so loud?

Neighbors thought it happed in their front yard.... as of now the cause of the explosion remains under investigation..


Quick work by firefighters in warrick county?

Responding to car fire in a garage on midway drive over the weekend.

Several departments were called to battle the flames?

Including units from newburgh and m?cutcha?

Ville.... crews were able to contain the flames to the one house.


Families from the neighboring homes were evacuated.

No one was injured during the fire.

Yea?old timothy williams was traveling westbound when he struck the semi.... williams was thrown from the bike?

And sustained major injuries.... he was airlifted from the scene to a regional trauma center.... the driver of the semi was not injured.... tornadoes touched down in several states over the weekend.

School is cancelled today for more than 1 hundred 50 thousand children around oklahoma city.
