Broadcom is reportedly in talks to acquire Symantec.

A deal could be reached in weeks, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

In his morning column over on Real Money, Cramer talked about his interview with Rick Hills, CEO of Symantec, at a corporate governance conference earlier this year.

Cramer said that Hills "passionately [pled]" with investors to take a look at Symantec's stock.

Tesla's Delivery Numbers Tesla released its delivery numbers after the bell Tuesday.

Tesla disclosed that it delivered about 95,200 vehicles in Q1.

That's up 51% sequentially and 133% annually, and above a FactSet consensus analyst estimate of 90,700.

"Our delivery count should be viewed as slightly conservative, as we only count a car as delivered if it is transferred to the customer and all paperwork is correct," Tesla said in a statement.

And, overall, the company said production in the second quarter was 87,048 units.
