Biden Makes Another Unfortunate Gaff

On Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden made another gaffe during a campaign stop.

Biden was in Iowa, talking to a group of mostly minority voters.

He said that "poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids." The 2020 frontrunner quickly clarified on those remarks.

He said "wealthy kids, black kids, Asian kids, no, I really mean it, but think how we think about it." Earlier this month, Biden misspoke about mass shootings in El Paso and Ohio.
