The World Health Organization (WHO)
and the National Institutes of Health
announced two new treatments that
can increase survival of the deadly disease.

drop to 11% and 6%, compared to 24%
and 33% of previous treatments.
Since last November, patients have

a year-long outbreak of Ebola, the
second-largest that has been recorded.
More than 2,800
people have been infected
leading to 1,794 deaths.
