Forfeiting their playoff game last season due to the camp fire... the bobcats say they are ready to get back to where they left off... the bobcats ended last season 5 and 1 in league play to tie chico high and pleasant valley for the eastern league title... but, this year.... a lot of changes... as expected... the bobcats will now participate in an indpendent league due to the drop in their school population... head coach rick prinz returned for his 21st season and he welcomed back 18 returners... and says they are excited for their first game... it's going to be a big crowd.

The bobcats will actually hold a scrimmage this saturday at 10 am against casa robles... athletic director anne stearne says casa robles was the first school to reach out to them and help them post- camp fire... making this scrimmage extremely special to them... but to kickoff pre-season play---paradise will host williams on august 23rd... they say they are expecting over 7- thousand people to attend... including espn..
