Fast forward 116 years and the legendary American motorcycle manufacturer's market capitalization is $6 billion.

In the past century, the brand has seen a lot of changes, but now the company is up against new challenges.

According to Business Insider, CEO Matt Levatich is working to globalize sales amid a US market decline.
