Extra says that the “America’s Got Talent " judge made headlines after his weight loss, which is credited to him adopting a vegan diet.

Simon admitted “I feel a lot better — that’s the most important thing.” But according to “Extra’s” Terri Seymour, Simon may be lean, but he's still mean.
