911 Dispatcher Scolds, Belittles Woman As She Lay Dying In Flooded Car
47-year-old newspaper delivery woman Debra Stevens was caught when rising flood waters began to overtake her SUV.
According to CNN, her final, desperate 911 call in Arkansas was a panicked 22-minute plea for help.
Unfortunately, the Fort Smith Police Department admitted the dispatcher sounded "calloused and uncaring at times." The dispatcher scolded Stevens for driving in the water, told her to "shut up," and repeatedly took other calls.
Oh my God.
