PAUL POLICE SAYING: "There's a lot of people in that area and it was incredibly dangerous.
It was shockingly brazen and we're luck more people weren't injured or killed." The first call for help came in just after 10pm on Monday.
Officers said they arrived to a chaotic scene surrounding a 19-year-old woman hit by a car.
Witnesses reported that there had been a fight just before the woman was hit and that the driver left the scene after people began kicking and hitting his vehicle.
Police say he then pulled over and called 911 and is now cooperating with authorities.
While police were investigating the scene, they say gunshots rang out about a block away.
That's where police say they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Two other victims then showed up at nearby hospitals also with gunshot wounds.
All three of the victims have been treated and are expected to survive, according to police, but the woman in the crash is in critical condition.
Police say so far, no arrests have been made.
