Community leaders across the state are teaming up in the fight against a common enemy... cancer.
It's the 11-th annual "coaches versus cancer" wisconsin gala.
Our very own jay wilson was there to emcee the event last night.
Speakers included bo ryan and shelly smith -- a cancer survivor and e- s-p-n sportscaster.
It's part of a nationwide effort to share personal- experiences, increase cancer awareness -- and raise money for a cure.

10:39 over the past decade ... wisconsin has raised more than 6-million dollars -- making it the largest "coaches versus cancer" program in the country.
Nationwide... the program has raised nearly 100-million-
