A federal judge singalled Tuesday she may give House Democrats access to some of Robert Mueller’s remaining secrets.

According to Politico, Beryl Howell is the chief judge for the U.S. District Court.

Judge Howell challenged the Justice Department's “extraordinary position” of blocking lawmakers from grand jury materials, Testimony and evidence has been kept private since the Mueller probe ended in March.
