A driver rammed into a house in kennewick -- then fled the scene... here's a look... kennewick police say around 11 last night they were called out to the home in the 800 block of south gum street... thankfully -- no one home at the time was injured... but the driver took off running.

According to witnesses startling accusations from benton county sheriff jerry hatcher's wife.

Monica hatcher claims she was strangled by the sheriff after allegations of an affair with a candidate running for the richland city council..

She filed for divorce on september 18, claiming her husband had been intimidating her for years.

Court documents say she requested a protection order days later.

The investigation will now be sent to a prosecutor in spokane county.

The last suspect allegedly involved in a september drive-by shooting has been booked into the benton county jail.

24 year-old javier valdez was arrested by the us marshal's service in pasco.

Valdez is the fifth suspect in the shooting.

Four cars and two houses were hit near eighth avenue and date street on sept.

Police say the shooting is gang related.

A man is accused of threatening to kill officers with a bow and arrow and telling his mom he was going cut her throat while she slept.

Pasco officers showed up to a home sunday night for a report of a young man threatening to kill his mother and officers during a family argument.

Further investigation revealed that the man was "highly intoxicated", he had punched his mom and brother, and that he threatened to cut his mom's throat as she slept.

One person is now confirmed dead following a shooting monday night.

Police say 2 people were shot and one person was ran over by a car near ninth avenue and maclaren street.

They were all transported to the hospital.

The shooting happened around a large gathering when one person pulled a gun out.

The suspect car is a red late 1990s ford escort and it left northbound from the area.

Officials did not disclose which of the three died.
