A utica man originally charged with rape was sentenced inneidacounty court t morning for sexual abuse, after pleading guilty in august.

Seth bidwell was arrested for having sex with a girl younger than 11.

He as arrested in june.

Today inourt, bidwell expressed regret and told the court he's working changing his life.
