Final NTSB report puts disaster blame on Columbia Gas engineering

The National Transportation Safety Board released the final report Thursday on the investigation into the Merrimack Valley gas disaster.

It blames "weak engineering management" that did not properly plan and oversee a construction project, the 73-page report says.
