Detective Chief Inspector Martin Passmore told reporters he could not rule out the presence of other nationalities among the dead, but said his officers had received most contact from Vietnamese people concerned about friends and relatives.

Passmore also said he met the Vietnamese ambassador to seek help from the community.

Most of the victims are likely from Vietnam, a priest from a Vietnamese rural community where many of the victims are believed to have come from said on Saturday (October 26).
