The city of tupelo has issued several permits ahead of president donald trump's appearance friday at the bancorpsouth arena.

Vendors selling pro trump merchandise are set up at three locations throughout tupelo.

The vendors must get permits for each location where they will have merchandise booths.

Also, the booths must be on private property, with permission from the property owners.

"there's plenty of room for people to park , easy access to pull in off the street and you also don't want it to disrupt whatever business may be nearby" "we should have good potential customers, once the event gets rolling, the maga hat, make america great again hat does well, depends on what people like."

There has also been one permit issued for demonstrators.

Neither the vendors nor demonstrators will be allowed on bancorpsouth arena property.
