Witness to Trump's Ukraine call: 'What I heard was inappropriate'

"It is improper for the President of the United States to demand a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen and a political opponent," Vindman said.

On the call, Trump presses Zelensky to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and Biden's son.

Vindman said he reported his concerns to his superiors, motivated by a sense of duty.
