Mayor's ad purchase is for 25 markets.
The markets include Pennsylvania, Michigan and Florida.
For Florida, the area of West Palm Beach is where the businessman has centered his investment.
That is near the location of Mar-a-Lago, President Trump's personal resort.
Representatives of Bloomberg say he may spend up to $100 million on his potential campaign.
The philanthropist has also said he will spend $100 million on digital anti-Trump ads.
