Feehan spoke with students ... educators ... and administrators during his visit.
His visit highlighted the difficulties of paying back student loans and his commitment to making secondary education affordable.
"cost of school today has grown enormously for students in winona.
The idea that students are working 40+ hours in a combination of part-time jobs that have nothing to do with their education.
All of which makes it much more harder for them to focus on the school that they're here for in the first place."
Feehan is one of three d-f-l candidates that have declared for the august primary election.
