The Duke of Cambridge marks 150th anniversary of Police Orphans Fund

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron of the Metropolitan and City Police Orphans Fund, hosts a reception for children and families supported by the charity at St James’s Palace to mark the 150th anniversary of the Fund.

The organisation supports the children of serving police officers who have passed away or who have been medically retired due to their injuries and require further financial assistance.

During the reception, Prince William met with children, young people, and family members who have been supported by the charity.
