44-year-old Eric Perry has been arrested and charged with murder after, police say, he shot and killed his brother, Richard Perry.
According to the police report, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police received a 911 call from the mother of the brothers, Janet Clark, at around 9:37 a.m.
Tuesday, reporting that Richard had been shot.
