Waving a gun out the window of his car during a police chase on i-64 and trying to ram police cars at least three times during the pursuit, according to the montgomery county sheriff's office.

Deputies say it all began when patrick church, of hillsboro, refused to pull over during a traffic stop at the 113 exit.

They say he was eventually caught and arrested at exit 97.

One of his two passengers was also arrested...mckenzie artrip, of jeffersonville.

Deputies say church had meth on him....and artrip was charged with theft and burglary.
