Toxic mold, pest infestations, and electrical hazards are just a few of the problems discovered in Denver’s taxpayer-subsidized apartments, according to a CBS4 Investigates analysis of federal housing inspection records.
CBS4 Investigates also found also found many apartments that have failed inspections were not fined for exposing low-income families to unsafe conditions in the home.
