According to the Rape, Abuse, and Incest Network, or RAINN, every 73 seconds someone in this country is sexually assaulted.

Every 9 minutes,that victim is a child.

April is sexual assault awareness month, and one local organization is working to get the community involved in supporting victims.

Earlier today, indiana state police emphasized they "will" enforce governor eric holcomb's stay at home order.

That remains in effect as of now.

State police say travel should be limited to essential work or business.

If you must run errands like grocery shopping, limit it to one person from your home.

If everyone works together, then state police say things can get back to normal sooner.

"what we are asking for here is voluntary compliance from everyone here in the state of indiana.

The number one thing is if you need to be our and are doing essential travel, we ask you to do it as safely as possible.

But please, make sure you are out doing essential travel.

The indiana state police is going to continue to enforce the governor eric holcomb acts, and we're going to continue to educate everyone as well."
