13-Year-Old 'Just Felt Like' Shooting A Stranger In The Head

A 13-year-old murder suspect in a Seattle, Washington, suburb told detectives he "just felt like" killing a stranger.

Police say the teen followed 35-year-old Hassan Ali Hassan along a street in Burien Tuesday night.

The child then produced a gun and shot Hassan once in the head.

Police say the boy said he was depressed and felt like if he didn't kill someone he would kill himself and because he 'just felt like doing it.'

The boy did not know the victim and had no connection to him.
