Jason good evening.

We're glad you're here tonight.

I'm veronica jean seltzer.

And i'm tom kenny.

We begin with breaking news...a weather-related tragedy unfolding tonight in bath county where one child has been found dead and the search is on for four others who are missing...all swept away by flood waters after the heavy rain.

State police say it happened in the salt lick community near adams road, north of i-64.

Investigators say an amish family of six tried to cross a low water bridge shortly after four this afternoon when the horse slipped, causing the buggy to overturn.

K-s-p says the adult was able to safety get out of the rushing water, but the five children were swept away.

Rescue crews say they will continue to search through the night...but ask that no volunteers come to the scene....since it's dark...it's too dangerous.
