Young Colorado girl and her father were involved in a crash on I-80 in Wyoming in September 2018 that killed her father instantly.
An ambulance came by the scene and left without taking anyone away.
About an hour-and-a-half after the crash, the coroner found a pulse on the young girl, but it would be too late to save her, the girl’s mother says.
