-- you've said you are waiting to see how the last influx of federal money is impacting our communities --- but in commonwealth alone --- more than 35% of kentuckians have filed for unemployment -- and many are telling us -- the money from the cares act has already come and gone --*and they are still struggling.
What do you say to the men and women -- whose lives have been devastated by this halt?
