The field hospital created at the BCEC has treated more than 700 COVID-19 patients since it was opened on April 10.

Charlie Baker on Tuesday announced that it will stop accepting new patients and will close after all current patients are discharged.
The equipment will remain throughout the summer, in case it is needed again.
