We're also- missing a few deck boards - throughout the harbor.- lorraine weiskopf, reporter - says, "unfortunately those item were all new, - they were repaired after- hurricane nate destroyed them.- to give you a perspective - of how high the water was on th- pier it came up to my mid thigh- about 2 and a - half feet.i truly don't think - anyone anticipated cristobal- being this devastating.
