So when I started doing this, I immediately noticed in myself that I feel a lot more fitter and that it's much easier to focus.
Boring things normally when I would be at my desk, I would be very quickly distracted and with this I can work an hour or two without getting distracted.
And actually feeling fit afterwards.
So not feeling tired after boring things."
