Yves Hanoulle has been working from home throughout Belgium's coronavirus lockdown, but still he has managed to walk about 1,500 km (930 miles) by pacing through each day on a treadmill installed under his desk.

Walking from Home Yves Hanoulle turned his home office into a home gym Location: Ghent, Belgium He walks 10,000 steps a day over eight hours reaching a total of 930 miles (SOUNDBITE) (English) IT TEAMS COACH, YVES HANOULLE, SAYING: "I decided doing that when I read everywhere that sitting is the new smoking and that we humans are not really made for sitting all the time.

So when I started doing this, I immediately noticed in myself that I feel a lot more fitter and that it's much easier to focus.

Boring things normally when I would be at my desk, I would be very quickly distracted and with this I can work an hour or two without getting distracted.

And actually feeling fit afterwards.

So not feeling tired after boring things."
