Happening today- pg&e will be in court for day three of its sentencing hearing for it role in causing the camp fire.

On day two of the hearing more than 40 people gave their statements about how the camp fire changed their lives.

One person more person is set to give their statement at around 9 this morning.

### a redding man is waking up behind bars... cal fire investigators say he started several small fires.

Investigators say witnesses saw cody carnes leaving the area where the fires started monday, west of interstate five - and south of wonderland boulevard.

The fires burned about two acres, but did not threaten homes.

Carnes was arrested walking along i-5 tuesday, in the same area of the fires.

### chico police arrested a 17 year old wednesday...in connection to a shooting on the rio lindo bike path on may 13th.

Police say the suspect also had an illegal pistol on him.

He faces attempted murder and weapons charges.

Police say there's no connection between the suspect and victim -- and there was no known motive.

This morning a california highway patrol officer is in the hospital after being hit by a car.

It happened on interstate 80 near sacramento late wednesday night.... action news now is working to find out the condition of the officer..

The eastbound lanes of the interstate were shut down for an investigation but are now open..

### the former atlanta police officer who shot and killed rayshard brooks... has been charged with felony murder.

Fulton county district attorney paul howard announced the charge-- plus 10 more against garrett rolfe... the second officer, devin bros-nan..is charged with aggravated assault and violating his oath... both men have until 6pm tonight to surrender to police... ## los angeles county deputies shot and killed a man in kern county wednesday... now family lawyers say the man killed was the half brother of robert fuller the african american man found hanged in a tree last week... the los angeles county sheriff's department says the man was accused of spousal assault and he began shooting when detectives tried to stop his car.

Investigators say fullers death was suicide which has been disputed by his family..
