Defence Minister Rajnath Singh paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi in Moscow, Russia on Tuesday.
The minister, who is on a three-day visit to Russia, said he has had a positive discussion.
“I have been assured that ongoing contracts will not just be maintained but will be executed soon,” Singh said.
Singh is in Russia to attend the 75th Victory Day Parade that marks anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in WW II.
