This morning, as the number of coronavirus cases continue to rise, the demand to process test results is skyrocketing.

Today is expected to be another busy day at diatherix-eurofins located on on the campus of hudsonalpha.

Right now, they're working to hire more staff and adding robotics to increase their capacity.

They're also adding more labs and equipment.

In the past two months, the lab went from processing three to four thousand tests per day to about seven or eight thousand.

They're asking the public to do their part to slow the spread of the virus by wearing masks in public and social distancing.

Our folks are exhausted and working almost every day.

They're putting in long hours and that would be the message that they would give to our community.
