Bodies of COVID-19 patients were shifted from the same room of other patients at Patna's NMCH, after a video went viral.

Mani Kumar, the maker of video said, "The dead bodies were not being removed.

I thought it was dangerous when it started smelling.

It was removed later after the video went viral." Speaking on the same case, Ajay Kumar Sinha, Nodal officer said, "Family of the patient came but left the dead bodies.

It was getting difficult to contact them.

The death took place day before yesterday and the body was removed yesterday."
