Tonight family and friends remember 19 year old jalen lindsey who was shot and killed over the fourth of july weekend.

Fox 55's jentill neal went to the balloon release today as they shared some of their fondest memories of jalen before that tragic night.

Jentill?jalen lindsey's family and friends gathered here at northside park across the street from the high school he graduated from.

They say he had a promising future... his life was cut short.
